  • Design and develop language assessment tests, based on the needs of the organization and in line with the CEF (Common European Framework) standard
  • Support recruitment activities by running language skill evaluations for both external and internal candidates
  • Assess and provide appropriate feedback on oral and written tests
  • Maintain accurate reports of the language assessments made
  • Ensure that language assessment requirements are met, as agreed with SLA Coordinator and in line with dynamic day-to-day Business needs
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships across the local site and the wider Global EMEA Region
  • Ensure that all language assessment documentation is administered effectively
  • Provide regular reports on language assessment activity to the SLA Coordinator




  • Proficient in French and any other language is a plus
  • Graduate in the field of Linguistics or working towards an appropriate linguistic qualification.
  • Experience of working in a multicultural, commercial business (preferable Contact Centre) environment
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and often pressured environment
  • Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  • Team player, internally motivated self-starter
  • Highly organized and pay particular attention to detail
  • Ability to establish credibility quickly
  • Proven track record of delivering tangible results
  • Takes personal accountability and drives continuous improvement
