• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required in a related field (Psychology/Sociology/Communications).
• English fluency is a must
• Previous relevant recruitment experience - at least 18 months (working in an Outsourcing/ Shared Service industry is a plus)
• Excellent behavioral interviewing skills in order to find the best fit for each opening
• Demonstrated significant recruitment competencies in order to handle challenging recruitment projects in a diverse and dynamic environment
• Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills
• Good presentation skills
• Ability to identify needs and develop creative strategies to implement effective recruitment plans.
